Delivery & Returns
We carefully prepare and package our scale models, miniature scenery and accessories to help them arrive safely.
We aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days of payment.
Delivery charges
We charge a flat rate of £2.50 per order, regardless of the number or size of items purchased. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days after receiving payment. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.
Delivery times after dispatch depend on the postal or courier service used. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.
Packaging
Our range includes hand-painted, scratch-built and 3D-printed models. Some items have delicate details, and we take care when packaging them for transport.
Changing your mind
For most standard online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us within that period. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. Please take reasonable care when handling and packaging items. A deduction may apply if handling reduces their value beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Where a cancellation right applies, we will refund the eligible purchase price and the original standard delivery charge. We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Standard handmade or made-to-order items are not automatically exempt.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess damage to delicate models, but they are not a condition of your statutory rights.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your consumer rights. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
How to arrange a return
Email kevin.north526@gmail.com with your order number and details of your request. We will reply with return instructions and the appropriate return postal address.
You do not need to wait for our reply before exercising a statutory cancellation right by email.
